swooggle at swooggle.com work hard to deliver products purchased from us in excellent condition with good quality packaging and in the fastest time possible. We use reputed courier agencies only for shipping your orders.

Lead times:

Swooggle's sunglasses will be shipped within 1-5 business days for domestic orders. Whereas, for international and custom made eyewear will be shipped within 5-10 business days due to the additional time needed to create and fit the custom prescription wooden eyewear.

Delivery charges: 

Delivery charges will be applicable as per location. We might not charge any amount while running an offer.  Delivery charges if applicable for your order will be charged at the time of placing the order.

Checking Order Status: 

Once your order is shipped, we shall send you an email with the tracking information. Else, you can contact us by email or call to check status of your order by providing the order reference number.

If the order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges.
