As an alternative you can use the services under parental supervision. By entering into this agreement and using Services of the website you confirm that you are legally entitled to enter into the agreement and nothing can invalidate this agreement.

Swooggle Eyewear warrants products against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year (365 days) from the date of purchase. Swooggle Eyewear reserves the right to determine manufacturing defects, and requires proof of purchase. If a product is deemed defective, Swooggle Eyewear will repair or replace the item at no cost to you.

All claims must be submitted directly via the online Warranty Request Form. Do not return your Swooggle product to the store. Dealers are not authorised to provide warranty service on Swooggle Eyewear products.

The following forms of Proof of Purchase are acceptable for purchases that were made at one of our authorised retailers:

- Picture or scan of the physical receipt with a visible date of purchase and retailer name.

- Picture of your bank statement with a visible and highlighted purchase date and retailer name.
