Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

 All claims must be submitted directly via the online return & cancellation Request Form. Do not return your Swooggle product to the store. Dealers are not authorised to provide return & cancellation service on Swooggle Eyewear products. If a product is deemed defective, Swooggle Eyewear will repair or replace the item at no cost to you.

Returns and Refund Process

  • If the product is not as described on our website, or is received in a damaged condition, we accept returns.
  • Returns not applicable on lenses.
  • Initiate a return request by contacting our customer care via email.
  • Once the return request is accepted, you will get a confirmation with a request id on your email. We can either pick up the product from you or you can directly courier it to us. In either case, the product should be returned with original tags, packaging and in unused and unsoiled condition.
  • You will get an acknowledgement once the product is received at our end.
  • The returned product shall be inspected by our returns team. Once confirmed from the returns team that product is undamaged and with original packaging and original tags, we shall approve your return request.
  • Upon approval of return request, we shall refund the complete amount paid by you in one of the following manners depending on your choice:
    • store credit (voucher) – which can be used for your future purchases from our website. It will be issued within 5 working days.
    • If payment was made via credit/debit card/net banking/wallet, payment will be credited back to the same mode within 7 working days. However in few cases it might even take a maximum of 21 days. In case you want refund in wallet, we can refund within 5 working days.
    • If payment was made via COD we can either send you a cheque (cheque will be dispatched within 7 working days) or transfer the money to your bank account/wallet (details to be provided by customer). Timelines as per above clause.


Exchange Process

  • In case you want to exchange a product then the amount will be adjusted as per refund policy. 

Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel the order within 24 hrs of placing the order by putting a cancellation request by contacting our customer care via email. We shall call to understand reason for cancellation. Once the order is cancelled, we shall send you a confirmation email. If it is a prepaid order, the full amount shall be refunded in any of the manners mentioned above.
